Location perfect right across from the beach. Views are great from the hotel. Pool areas are fab, 5th floor is best area but it doesn’t open till 9.30am and you have to be there for there for 9.20am to get the front sunbeds in front of the pool. 7th floor is quiet but you can only see the view when your standing up. Liked that there is 3 areas to choose from to sunbathe. 8th floor has no pool but great view. Note that they are not proper pools at this hotel you can’t swim in them easily there standing up pools. They are nice to cool down in and see great views from. Dinner was ok, lots of restaurants near by so I wouldn’t do half board again. Breakfast was good. Visit altea is peaceful and scenic. Balcon de Mediterranean only 11 min walk away from hotel. Hotel staff friendly and helpfully. Thanks for doing everything I asked for prior to coming. Junior suite room was amazing. We were on 7th floor on left side and had a side view for the sea and beach from the balcony. Would recommend this hotel to others.

This Hotel was amazing. Brilliant staff so pleasant and helpful. Food was fabulous everything was so clean and tidy in the restaurant and so well organised. Rooms were nice and big and again so clean and well kept. Everything about the hotel was just so nice. Will definitely return

Amazing from the very second I walked through the doors! Everything was just right, amazingly ckean, very secur3 ( key card access) to Everything. We had a room suite overlooking the sea and it was amazing. The quality of the furnishings are great. Food was great, drinks very reasonable and my daughter treated me to this for my birthday and I was very well looked after. Thank you to all the staff x

This hotel lived up to expectations. It is 5/6min stroll into the old town along the promenade. Spotlessly clean, all staff friendly, food amazing, view from the terrace was beautiful. The sun terrace opens at 9:30am which is a great idea. Always got a sunlounger which were very comfortable and padded. Live entertainment on certain nights which we enjoyed listening to the singer. We will most definitely be returning later in the year and would recommend to anyone. Loved it!! Thank you to you all :-)

Our first stay at the H10 Benidorm. It lived up to expectations. Staff welcoming, friendly and professional. All areas extremely clean. Wonderful views from the sun terrace pool area. Our bed was huge, comfortable and we had 3 pillows each! Complimentary toiletries. Free safety deposit box. We particularly like the ‘charge to room system’ eliminating the necessity to carry cash and cards around the hotel. We thought our bar bill very reasonable at the end of our holiday. Pool towels available for a deposit. We stayed on a b&b basis and found the quality and selection of breakfast excellent.
